At Mark Athletics Rx we look to instill a healthy lifestyle through private 1-on-1 training, coaching, and nutrition. With years of knowledge and resources, combining a blend of science, proven training methods, sports nutrition, and extensive practical experience we will help you achieve your health & fitness goals and become your best self.

1 ON 1

1-on-1 sessions at a private facility with workouts focused solely on you, ensuring individualized attention and guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals effectively.

These exclusive sessions are prioritized to your unique needs and provide dedicated support to maximize your progress and optimize your training experience.


Subscriptions

Be a part of a supportive team of like-minded individuals and strive to become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally. Surround yourself with other accomplished individuals who share a winning mindset.

Under my guidance, you will benefit from biweekly individual and team video calls. Additionally, personalized workouts tailored to your specific goals will be provided on a monthly basis.

LET’S GET STARTED

STEP 1

Consultation

First, we begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals. We will talk about your exercise history, dietary restrictions, and perform a movement / strength assessment to gauge current levels.

We will spend 60 min together.

STEP 2

Prescription

Based on your assessment information and results, we set you up with the best coach to prescribe and recommend an optimal program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals most effectively.

We will prescribe you to either 1-on-1 sessions, Prebuilt programs or Subscription plan.

STEP 3

Training

Our private 1-on-1 sessions will guide you towards success, providing personalized workouts tailored to maximize your progress and achieve your goals efficiently.

If you are enrolled in the Subscription plan, you will be provided with a tailored training plan designed to cater to your specific needs and goals. This plan will empower you to become part of a winning team.

STEP 4

Check-ins

With private 1-on-1 sessions, we will conduct monthly check-ins to assess your progress. These check-ins will involve an InBody bioelectrical impedance analysis, which aids in determining loss body fat and increased muscle mass.

If you are enrolled in the subscription plan, we will conduct a monthly virtual individual call and conduct an assessment to evaluate whether the current program is delivering the results.

I have been passionate about health and fitness since when I was a kid. I started my journey with martial arts, then college sports, and ultimately fitness competitions. My journey allowed me to nurture my competitive nature and helped me embrace a growth mindset with whatever I do.
Volunteering for the fire service in Arizona for over four years helped me uncover a devotion towards helping others.
When I combined that devotion with my passion for health and fitness, it led me to my calling and fueled me to become a top fitness professional.
I wasn’t always in shape. Growing up, I was a skinny teen looking & trying everything possible, from fad diets to working out twice a day. It wasn’t until I studied human biology and nutrition that I understood how nutrition plays a critical part in human body development and performance. Since then, I’ve been using my knowledge, resources, and proven training methods to coach others and help them unlock their full potential.

With a 2nd-degree black belt and a gold medalist title, Kevin’s expertise extends across various disciplines, including basketball, baseball, snowboarding, climbing, football, volleyball, racquetball, handball, and swimming.

Born and raised in New York, Kevin’s love for an active lifestyle led him to explore remarkable destinations such as Dubai, Spain, Korea, China, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Canada. Outside of fitness, Kevin has a keen interest in travel, sports, sneakers, cars, and is an avid Marvel fan, particularly Ironman.
In 2021, Kevin relocated to Washington for a fresh living environment, further fueling his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. He was introduced to weight training during high school and continued to train in college, incorporating functional strength exercises learned during his time in the Army, where he served as a field artillery soldier from October 2013 to February 2018. Kevin’s dedication to fitness intensified in January 2016 when he religiously incorporated functional tanning and bodybuilding workouts into his routine.
Having experienced training friends and receiving guidance from various trainers and physical therapists, Kevin possesses a wealth of knowledge to offer. With all of his life journeys it has shaped him into a well-rounded personal trainer.
